Hitachi Vantara, a subsidiary of the globally renowned Hitachi Ltd., is a leader in digital infrastructure, data management, and IT services. Known for its cutting-edge innovation and enterprise-grade solutions, Hitachi Vantara engages deeply with its customers to drive digital transformation across industries.

As part of their relationship-building initiatives, Hitachi Vantara planned a premium New Year gifting campaign for their top 100 customers. They partnered with us to design a memorable gifting experience that was not just premium but also heartfelt, and reflective of the brand’s commitment to excellence and detail.

Result

We crafted and executed a two-phase premium gifting campaign. The first goodies box was sent to customers ahead of the new year, setting a festive tone, while the second box arrived in the first week of January to welcome the year ahead with a fresh touch. Each box was thoughtfully conceptualised, curated, and designed – from the goodies selection to the packaging aesthetics.

The campaign stood out for its exquisite presentation, customization, and overall emotional impact. It successfully enhanced customer delight, reaffirmed brand loyalty, and created a high recall value for Hitachi Vantara’s customer-first philosophy.
